Legal Office Assistant.
This small legal office comprised of one attorney and a paralegal needs an exceptional legal assistant. This is a very important position! You will be responsible for all file management which can at times be very complicated. You will also be required to learn their practice management software system so excellent computer skills and proficiency are a must. Candidates with any financial related experience will have an edge as there are many reviews of client's financial information (i.e. credit card statements, investment portfolios, etc.). Our client has asked that we find someone who is obsessive, compulsive when it comes to organization and detail! There is nothing more frustrating than to spend hours looking for a document that hasn't been filed properly. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, updating the "to do" list on a daily basis and indexing all documents. You will also be required to run daily errands. Candidates will need two plus years legal office experience, above average MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency. $30,000 to $33,000 plus benefits!


Sales / Affiliate Program Manager
for an established Internet Marketing Firm. This local business is bursting at the seams. They rely heavily on affiliate mailings of their products and their current in-house affiliate manager is completely overwhelmed! Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate will have extensive sales-by-phone experience - ideally in affiliate marketing; aggressive follow up via phone and email until a deal is secured and copious recording of contacts. We are also interested in your ability to book an optimal number of partner mailings and affiliate-based promotions. Any copywriting experience is as big plus! The current affiliate manager is managing over $80,000 in sales per month…do the math!! This company offers excellent support for your success and a generous commission package. They want you to excel in your financial goals.


Purchasing Agent
for local heating / cooling mechanical company. Candidates will need impeccable attention to detail and above average computer skills. You will be responsible for placing orders, tracking orders, arranging shipment if necessary, quality control and maintaining inventory supplies for the parts and service department. Strong working relationships with your vendors and team will enhance your productivity. This is a stable and happy working environment with a great group of co-workers! MS Excel and any database experience are required along with strong numbers ability and the knack for learning new software. Any prior building or construction purchasing experience will definitely get your foot in the door. $30,000 to $33,000 plus excellent benefits.


Executive Assistant / Program Associate for a Non-profit.
If you are a "supreme administrator" who can provide careful administrative support for the president's office as well as providing support for on-going programs, then this could be your dream job! This local non-profit organization is looking for a candidate who is happy in a supportive role, managing mail, emails, phones and calendars; who is competent on the computer, extremely detail oriented and thorough but efficient and has a willingness to learn a new database software and how to administer scholarships. This position requires a desire to provide extraordinary customer service as well as being attuned to the everyday, hectic flow of a busy office. $36,000 to $38,000 plus excellent benefits.


Gallery Registrar.
A beautiful, established contemporary gallery is seeking an experienced registrar to join their team of professionals. You will manage all inventory, post and manipulate photos and update the website. You will also be required to manage and update the database on a daily basis. Candidates must be an organized, multi-tasking, smart and conscientious person who is seeking a long-term career, not just a job! Tuesday through Friday schedule. $29,000 to $31,000 plus some benefits.


Legal Assistant.
This local firm was founded over twenty years ago and focuses on practice areas in which the attorneys have special skills and experience. They are now one of the premier law firms in New Mexico in the areas of real estate, business, employment, zoning, land use, construction law and litigation. We are seeking an experienced assistant to support one of the senior attorneys specializing in real estate, development and commercial law. This attorney has extensive experience, has co-authored the New Mexico Condominium Act and has been active in drafting legislation related to state laws governing land subdivisions, development fees and real estate broker licenses and conducting seminars related to these issues and the condominium form of development. This is an incredible opportunity to work with someone who values your skills and experience as a legal assistant. You will be very involved in delivering professional, high quality assistance to her. Candidates must have three or more years experience as a secretary / paralegal and have exceptional WordPerfect skills. If you are committed to excellence you will fit right in! $38,000 to $42,000 plus great benefits.


Part-time Gallery Assistant.
This downtown gallery showcases a variety of paintings, graphics and sculptures of internationally recognized artists. It offers a diverse collection of contemporary and southwestern art and even some works by the great masters! We are seeking a part-time assistant to manage the smallest details to the largest projects. Candidates must have intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite proficiency - yes, the whole package! You will create complicated spreadsheets on Excel, assist with preparing visual PowerPoint presentations, manage Access databases and of course, prepare a lot of letters, memos and agreements using Word. They also use Outlook for e-mail correspondence. Other responsibilities will include overseeing inventory and managing the provenance files. You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement as many of their collectors are nationally and internationally known. Many of the works of this gallery are loaned to Museums across the country so your maturity and sensitivity to details is a must. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. $12 to $13 per hour.


Sales Associate.
This beautiful showroom needs an accomplished, polished, hard-working, customer friendly sales associate to sell upscale plumbing and hardware design pieces. If you like a challenge, this is your job, as there are numerous products to learn about and the owners have created a healthy competitive and supportive work environment. Work with customers from all walks of life: architects, interior designers, contractors, homeowners, etc. Confidence, at the computer, is required as you will use both the Internet and QuickBooks to make and track your sales. Attention to detail and a commitment to follow-up with your customers are required. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. $30,000 base salary plus generous commission and benefits.


Part-time Legal Secretary.
This is one of the few law firms in the Southwest in continuous existence for more than 100 years. The consistent thread which runs from 1888 to present is the quality of the firm’s legal talent and its professional approach to the practice of law. This firm’s success is grounded on its progressive and growth oriented philosophy, geographical office locations, and legal expertise, as well as the most modern technology and procedures. You can become a vital player as a part-time secretary to two of the partners specializing in public utilities, environmental, transactional and real estate law. Standards are high! Can you step up to the challenge? Ideal candidates will have three plus years of legal experience, strong MS Word and Word Perfect proficiency and a proven track record. $20 to $24 per hour; 20 to 25 hours per week.


Executive Director.
This is a very exciting and rewarding opportunity with one of Santa Fe’s non-profits dedicated to the children of our community. You will be responsible for the leadership of the organization. The primary responsibilities are managing the organization’s entities through oversight of the financials including, developing and tracking a budget, providing strong leadership to your staff and volunteers, development and fundraising to include grant research and writing, and the ability to interact and communicate successfully with the Foundation Managers and Board of Directors. You will also work closely with the staff in guiding them to meet the goals you have set for them. The growing programmatic and organizational needs will be high on your list of responsibilities. Our ideal candidate will have five or more years of managing a non-profit, along with the knowledge of the strategic planning required to be successful and the vision for growing and expanding the organization. Candidates with prior museum related or early childhood education experience will have an advantage. Experienced Property Manager - ON HOLD.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple high-profile commercial properties. You will be the first point of contact with your tenants, vendors and service providers. This includes coordinating the property improvements and move-in / move-out of tenants. You will be the contact person for tenant communication and follow up on service requests. You will work very closely with the accounting department to develop annual budgets for each property. Detailed inspections, deadlines, budgeting and lease administration are crucial aspects of this position. Experienced property managers should apply today!
